Welcome back to one of our Favorites!
One of the backbones of Atlantic Institute is thought provoking dialogue. The kind of dialogue that gets you listening to hear a new perspective, or listening to share from your point of view. This year we are devoting the fourth Thursday of every month to listening to a different point of view through a TED Talk. Join with us as we fill out the schedule below (list to be updated soon) with an Interesting TED Talk followed by a conversation moderated by one of our Advisory Board Members.
We look forward to seeing you on Zoom at 7:15pm!!!

On January 27th we hosted our first TED discussion on the topic of Common Ground
We enjoyed a conversation in our "Commons" area (Zoom Room) as we discussed how to Build Bridges, See Love and a Shared Humanity.
We discussed the differences between the Common Ground and the Common Good, Who defines the Common Ground and a Common Prosperity.
Many enjoyed Nisha's sharing of what she has done to "Step into her Courage" and "Work Across the Aisle" to build these bridges and create change.
On February 24, 2022 we hosted our TED discussion "What Will I Teach My Son?" by Scott Neeley moderated by Steve Morgan. We enjoyed watching Scott Neeley discuss weaving stories from his grandmother's life as well as his own, Scott challenges us to reexamine what we think we already know about racism and think about how we can change it. Scott Neeley was available for the talk after the video and continued to share his thoughts with us. Please enjoy watching this video on the Atlantic Institute SC YouTube Channel.
